University of San Diego
The University of San Diego, is a four-year roman-catholic university founded in 1949 located in San Diego, California, on a 180-acre campus. Their school mascot name is the "Toreros". USD competes athletically in NCAA division I sports in the West Coast Conference.
The school ranks among the nation's tops with BusinessWeek 2010 placing it at 28th in the country. The University of San Diego libraries include the Copley Library and the Legal Research Center for law students.
University of San Diego has over 75 bachelor programs, pre-professional studies, masters programs, certification, education credentials and career development curriculums. USD offers opportunities for students to study abroad in more than 30 countries, with programs to accommodate every major, and all finances. The majority of students choose programs in Social sciences, Biological/life sciences, and Engineering. Their system is on a semester system versus a quarter system which the UC schools use.
Famous and notable alumni which attended University of San Diego, include Robert Kardashian (from the OJ Simpson case) and father of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, Hollywood personalities, and Theo Epstein, General Manager of the Boston Red Sox to name a few.
University of San Diego has roughly 22,518 enrolled undergraduate students and 5,022 graduate students. The majority of incoming college students are primarily from the San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial counties regions as well as the San Francisco Bay area.

USD students will acquire valuable marketing experience and management skills, as well as build their organizational and communicational skills as a summer intern.
